Who knew Madelyn’s VRBO in FLL last week that her friend lined up for them would be within walking distance to the restaurant we ate the worlds best fish tacos with Hud when we went to FLL for Thanksgiving 2019! It was the same trip where Hud left his carry on bag with all his clothes for the week at the restaurant we ate at in the CLT airport right before we boarded. What means the most, for this grieving mom at least, is having that "village" of friends who ALWAYS remember Hud! Even as the years go by the holidays continue to be so very bitter sweet.
